Your shipping fees will be calculated automatically during checkout. We offer $8 flat rate shipping on orders less than $100. Free shipping for orders over $100.

All orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and national holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with your shipping information.

Orders shipped via UPS or USPS depending on what is fastest for your shipping address. These packages usually arrive in 2 - 6 days. We are based in Torrance, California. The further you live from California, the longer your package may take to arrive.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number. We will do our best to help with your inquiry, but unfortunately we can’t cancel orders if they have shipped. In this case, review the Returns section.

Unfortunately we can’t make any changes to your orders or combine them. In this case, we can cancel the whole order so you can place a new one with all needed items, if your orders not shipped. Please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to help you.

Yes! You can pick up your online order from our fulfillment center in Torrance, California. We will send an email notification once your order is ready.

For returns, please contact us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred during the return. We can only accept products in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition. All sales are final on clearance/sale items and are not eligible for return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refund will be automatically processed to the original form of payment minus any shipping cost we incurred to ship the original order. We can only refund the cost of the item; we will not refund the cost of shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process a refund.

Due to the high volume of orders, we don’t currently offer exchanges. If you need to exchange, you can return your products and place a new order. Review ‘Processing a Return’ section for more information.

Please contact us with your order number and provide a photo of the item you received in error and we'll take care!

If you receive a product which has a defect, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll be able to assist with a replacement.
