What are your delivery times?
All orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and national holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with your shipping information.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping fees will be calculated automatically during checkout. We offer $10 flat rate shipping on orders less than $100. Free shipping for orders over $100.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Orders shipped via UPS or USPS depending on what is fastest for your shipping address. These packages usually arrive in 2 - 6 days. We are based in Torrance, California. The further you live from California, the longer your package may take to arrive.

My Order
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number. We will do our best to help with your inquiry, but unfortunately we can’t cancel orders if they have shipped. In this case, review the Returns section.
Can I change or combining orders?
Unfortunately we can’t make any changes to your orders or combine them. In this case, we can cancel the whole order so you can place a new one with all needed items, if your orders not shipped. Pleasecontact us with your order number, and we will do our best to help you.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You can pick up your online order from our fulfillment center in Torrance, California. We will send an email notification once your order is ready.
How do I return my product?
For returns, please contact us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred during the return. We can only accept products in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition. All sales are final on clearance/sale items and are not eligible for return.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refund will be automatically processed to the original form of payment minus any shipping cost we incurred to ship the original order. We can only refund the cost of the item; we will not refund the cost of shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you need to exchange, you can return your products and place a new order. Review ‘Processing a Return’ section for more information.

Please contact us with your order number and provide a photo of the item you received in error and we'll take care!
Received defective product
If you receive a product which has a defect, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll be able to assist with a warranty replacement.

Improper compatibility, insufficient axle length or axle nut engagement, incorrect spacer use, or improper tightening may cause wheel detachment, leading to loss of control, injury, or property damage. Compatibility assessment, installation, tightening, inspection, and safe use are the sole responsibility of the user or installer.
Luminous Wheels Troubleshooting
Luminous light up wheels work with a magnetic spacer, which generates electricity as the wheel rotates. This electricity used to light up the LED located inside the wheel. If your wheels not lighting up, first make sure you inserting a magnetic spacer between bearings. Your axles must be tighten. If the wheel still doesn’t light up, there are two possible reasons:
1. Spacer problem
2. LED problem
To determine the problem, place different spacer from the working wheel and spin it. If the wheel lights up, this is a spacer problem. If the wheel still doesn’t light up, this is LED problem inside the wheel. From there you can contact your shop and they will replace the part, so you can continue to enjoy skating!
